Hereditary law
Inheritance law is a legal area that protects the property interests of clients during life and in case of death. It consists of conducting probate proceedings both before the courts and before notaries public, drawing up inheritance rights contracts, as well as conducting litigation and other proceedings related to the dispute regarding inheritance rights.
In the case of initiated probate proceedings, the heirs may:
1. To personally attend the probate proceedings
2. To hire a lawyer who will represent them in probate proceedings or, when necessary, in litigation regarding inheritance rights.
Due to the specificity of the probate procedure, in practice, disputed legal issues often arise between the persons who are called to inherit. Disputed issues lead to the termination of probate proceedings and the referral of heirs to civil proceedings, within which disputed legal issues would be discussed.
Precisely because of the above, it is often suggested to the heirs to hire a lawyer who will conduct the probate process in a fast and efficient manner.
